The Value of Customer Questions

Every sales person wants the selling process to go quickly and smoothly from beginning to end. As a result prospect questions are often viewed as roadblocks. But questions should be invited to make sure that you truly can meet the customers needs, and if you have prepared a Q&A guide for your sales team, questions should not lengthen the sales process.
